With over 17 years of experience in training and development, I realized that training alone does not create lasting change. While it equips individuals with knowledge and skills, true transformation happens when training is integrated with coaching—ensuring that learning is applied in real-world situations.
This realization led to the creation of MojileadX Coaching, a coaching platform designed to empower professionals and organizations. Seeing the increasing adoption of coaching in Africa and the Arab region, we aim to bridge the gap between knowledge acquisition and practical application. Through coaching, we help leaders and teams navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and unlock their full potential.

Almojtaba M.H. Hassabo (Moji) is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ICF ACC),Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 17 years of experience in training, development, and capacity building. Throughout his career, he has led numerous action learning projects in leadership development, equipping professionals and organizations with the skills needed to excel and drive meaningful change.
Through this journey, Moji discovered a crucial gap—training alone does not create lasting transformation. Sustainable growth happens when coaching is integrated into the learning process, bridging the gap between knowledge and practical application. This realization led to the creation of MojileadX Coaching, a platform dedicated to empowering professionals and organizations across Africa and the Arab region.
Moji’s coaching approach is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, emphasizing deep listening, trust, presence, and a non-judgmental partnership. He supports clients to clarify goals, enhance self-awareness, strengthen decision-making, and achieve sustainable results.
Moji is currently pursuing an MBA in the Netherland to further strengthen his ability to drive organizational growth and align business strategies with impactful leadership practices. He also holds a Master’s degree in Development Planning, a postgraduate diploma in Development Studies and Planning, and a postgraduate diploma in Rural Development Management, providing him with a holistic understanding of leadership, strategic vision, and sustainable development.
A graduate of ACA Coach Academies (Raleigh, North Carolina, USA), Moji earned his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential after completing a 72-hour ICF-accredited Level 1 coach training program. He has completed 100+ hours of coaching aligned with ICF Core Competencies and Ethics, working with multinational clients from over 23 countries in both English and Arabic. This experience has given him strong cross-cultural insight and hands-on exposure to supporting diverse professionals and organizations across sectors. He is also the host of MojileadX Coaching Talks, a global platform that brings together ICF coaches worldwide to deepen understanding of coaching and leadership.
With a strong foundation in leadership, performance improvement, and organizational transformation, Moji partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate challenges, enhance decision-making, and unlock their full potential. He is committed to making coaching more accessible and impactful across Africa and the Arab world, believing that coaching is a powerful tool for driving real change.
